Simple Dressing

Serves 4

3 tablespoonfuls of olive oil

1 tablespoonful of honey or agave nectar

1 teaspoonful mustard powder

1 finely chopped garlic clove

Mix all together and drizzle over a salad.

Creamy Dressing

Serves 4

2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil

1 tablespoonful of single cream

1 tablespoonful of fresh, chopped chives

1 teaspoonful of maple syrup (optional)

Whisk all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
